Qualifications

Seeking P&C Licensed Agents - Full Time, HYBRID Position. Our Allstate agency is seeking energetic and driven individuals to join our fast-paced sales department. As a Licensed Sales Professional, you will work with a team that shares your desire to be the best while promoting your growth and career. Base pay is $36,000, however most agents clear $80,000 year one, based on commission earned. In addition, Incentives and Bonuses offered monthly.

Located in Austin, TX and in the heart of Westlake.

This is a SALES position and individual must be P&C Licensed. This is a HYBRID opportunity, and individual must be able to work successfully Remotely and In Office.
