Qualifications

Active Illinois property and casualty license
At least 1 year of experience
Spanish & English bilingual preferred
Experience in outside or retail sales with targets
Strong negotiation and customer service skills
Familiarity with life, property, and casualty insurance products
Compliance with insurance standards and regulations
