Must-have Qualifications

• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
• At least two years of relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
• For bilingual roles: fluent in Spanish and English (speak and read)

Start Date:

July or August 2025

Schedule:

Full-time, with a mix of weekdays, one weekend day, and evening hours post-training.

Compensation

• $22/hour
• Gainshare bonus up to 16%
• Additional 10% for evening/weekend hours
• $1/hour extra for bilingual (English/Spanish) roles
