Requirements/Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and a legal resident of the U.S.
• Need a state life insurance license. If not licensed, we assist with courses and licensing, which takes about 1-2 weeks.
• Clean criminal background (background check with fingerprinting required).

Compensation & Benefits

• Commission levels between 70%-140% of policy premiums; more work equals more earnings.
• Average commission per sale: $750, with $500-$600 as the advanced commission.
• Part-time (15 hrs/week): $35,000-$50,000/year; Full-time (40 hrs/week): $100,000-$250,000+ annually.
• Paid via direct deposit, with some policies issued within 24 hours.
• Monthly bonuses, incentive trips, business builder and equity programs, carrier bonuses, passive income through agent referrals.
