GEICO Local Office in McKinney, TX is seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent to help clients protect what matters most through auto, home, renters, and life policies.

You will build relationships, prospect new clients, review policies, and deliver tailored recommendations while maintaining high service standards and hitting sales targets in a fast-paced, team-oriented office.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to hit sales goals.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell and service personal lines insurance products including auto, home, renters, and life policies
• Prospect and develop new client relationships through referrals, walk-ins, and outbound outreach
• Conduct policy reviews and provide tailored coverage recommendations to meet client needs
• Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain compliance with state insurance regulations and company guidelines
