Qualifications:

• Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license (training not provided)
• Minimum two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
• Bilingual Spanish/English: fluent in both (speak and read) - for bilingual positions

This is a remote, work-from-home role focused on building relationships with customers through high-volume inbound calls. No cold calling or commissions involved. You will assist customers, educate them on coverage options, and offer tailored products. We provide the necessary technology and systems to facilitate the sales process.

Start date: July or August 2025.

Schedule: Full-time, including weekdays, one weekend day, and evening hours post-training.

Work from Home Requirements:

• Designated noise-free workspace
• High-speed internet (at your expense unless law requires otherwise)
• Wired connection to computer (no wireless)
• Hardware connected to surge protector

Compensation and Benefits:

• $22.00/hour
• Up to 16% annual cash incentive based on company performance
• Additional 10% for evening/weekend hours
• $1.00/hour extra for bilingual roles
