• Provide Outstanding Service: Deliver excellent customer service to external and internal stakeholders, fostering positive relationships across the board.
• Collaborate with Leaders: Work alongside regional sales managers, Farm Bureau Federation coordinators, and local Farm Bureau Boards to support member service initiatives and county activities.
• Maintain Excellence: Meet or exceed training, production, and compliancerequirementsto ensure consistent professional development.
• Assess and Document: Travel to client locations to document and assess insured properties as part of the underwriting process.
