Peachy Insurance, one of the largest Allstate agencies in the country, is hiring a remote Inside Sales Representative. The role features a base salary of $45,000 per year plus monthly commissions, paid through a W2, with OTE goals clearly defined.

You will manage a high-volume pipeline, make outbound calls to warm leads, and advise clients on tailored coverages. The team offers excellent benefits, education investments, and a structured interview process to help you grow into top earners.

Our salary starts at $45,000 per year with monthly commissions, and only goes up from there. This is a Base + Commission role paid through a W2.

1st year OTE = $85,000 with top 50% clearing $100,000 in year 1.

2nd year OTE = $120,000 with top 20% clearing $150,000 in year 2.

• Make a high volume of phone calls to provided warm leads.
• Accept Live Transfers from Telemarketing Team with prospects ready to talk!
• Share the value of being properly protected by your insurance policy
• Tell stories of insurance claims gone right AND wrong.
• Engage in daily practice and drills to improve your skills.
• Make a difference in people's lives by protecting their every day risk!
• Learn every day and practice with your team.
