Gobravvo in Round Rock, TX is seeking a full-time Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) to guide clients through property, casualty, life, and health coverage. You will focus on lead generation, relationship-building, and achieving sales goals within a supportive, growth-oriented agency.

The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license (Life & Health license preferred or obtainable), with prior insurance sales experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Life & Health license preferred or ability to obtain before start date.
• Sales experience in insurance helpful, especially property & casualty and life/health products.
• Background in outside/inside sales or telemarketing is advantageous.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; bilingual a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop leads through networking, referrals, and campaigns.
• Schedule appointments and perform needs assessments to match clients with solutions.
• Build and maintain client relationships with timely follow-ups and ongoing support.
• Explain policy options, eligibility, coverage, billing, and changes.
• Educate clients on claim submission and assist with documentation.
• Maintain accurate client records in compliance with regulations.
• Strive to meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Provide prompt, friendly, knowledgeable service to ensure satisfaction.
