Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred; insurance industry experience is a plus.
• Active insurance license is a plus, but not required at the time of application.
• Spanish language skills preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective and existing clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Educate clients about available insurance products, including policy features, benefits, and coverage options.
• Proactively generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, and follow‑up communications.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, providing continuous support and service.
• Complete sales activities including presentations, policy recommendations, and closing transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using agency management systems.
• Meet or exceed established sales and performance targets on a monthly and annual basis.
• Collaborate with agency colleagues to achieve overall business goals and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and during ongoing policy management.
