Qualifications

• Active P&C license required; health license preferred.
• Three years related experience in insurance or call-center environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate a PC and learn Hawksoft CRM.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level customer service for all customers.
• Manage internal and external relationships.
• Answer questions and explain policy coverage, limits and deductibles.
• Handle agent and policyholder paperwork.
• Maintain a consistent level of quality and output per standards.
