Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Life & Health license required or the ability to obtain.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Ability to prospect, open doors, and secure client appointments from a cold start.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Generate quotes for prospective and current clients.
• Present insurance products and services, explaining features and benefits.
• Close sales through consultative and relationship-based approaches.
• Build, maintain, and nurture client relationships, providing ongoing support.
• Conduct follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction and address concerns.
• Develop networking relationships to grow client base and referral opportunities.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify and pursue new financial service opportunities.
