The role emphasizes accurate documentation, cross-selling opportunities, and ongoing participation in training to stay current with carrier changes and improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Florida 2-20 or 4-40 license
• At least one year of property and casualty insurance experience
• Ability to prepare accurate insurance quotes and explain coverage options
• Comfort identifying cross-selling opportunities that fit clients’ needs
• Experience using agency management software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for our existing clients, answering questions and resolving policy concerns with care.
• Process policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations while ensuring all documentation is precise.
• Conduct comprehensive account reviews to identify gaps in coverage and suggest necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with our sales team to provide a seamless transition for new policyholders after they sign on.
• Document all client interactions thoroughly to keep our records accurate and helpful for the entire team.
• Actively participate in office training sessions to stay sharp on carrier updates and industry changes.
