Job summary

Platt Insurance in Howland, Ohio is seeking an experienced, licensed Insurance Account Manager to build and maintain a book of business and deliver exceptional service in a busy in-office environment. You will respond to client questions, process policy changes, renewals, and billing, review coverages and quotes, coordinate with carriers on claims, and keep meticulous client records.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance License (required).
• Previous insurance agency experience (required).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable learning agency management systems and technology.
• A positive, team-first attitude and a genuine desire to help people.
