Sunland Specialty Insurance Group, LLC is hiring a Licensed Insurance Account Manager in Chattanooga to grow the client base and enhance satisfaction. You will work with a collaborative team, managing accounts, processing policy changes, and educating clients on coverage options.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Producer License is required.
• Minimum of 2 years in an independent agency setting.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cross-sell and round accounts to expand coverage options.
• Update client information accurately and efficiently.
• Issue COIs and ID cards for clients.
• Process policy changes and maintain client records.
• Build client loyalty through exceptional service and retention.
• Educate clients on insurance needs and options.
• Review renewals for best client outcomes.

We’re seeking a motivated Licensed Insurance Account Manager to join our expanding team and play a pivotal role in growing our client base and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role offers a competitive base salary, based on experience, with a range of bonus and incentive opportunities that reward achievements such as 90-day review performance, education goals, cross-selling, employee referrals, and more. • Show adaptability and assist wherever needed to support clients and agency growth

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty Producer License
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an independent agency
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong multitasking skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
