Job summary

Keith Strain State Farm is seeking an Account Representative to grow the agency by building meaningful customer relationships and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will proactively market insurance products and services, including property & casualty, life, and health coverage, in a production-based role with base salary plus commission. Income expectations range from $45,000 to $75,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education a plus.
• Must hold or have the ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (license reimbursement available after 90 days of employment).

Responsibilities

• Provide information about State Farm insurance products and services, including property & casualty and life & health coverage.
• Assist customers with policy applications.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, professional responses.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Meet or exceed sales and production goals through proactive marketing and relationship-building.
• Collaborate with agency departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
