The Licensed Inside Sales Representative drives sales growth through inbound and outbound interactions. Responsibilities include using strong sales skills to uncover customer needs, identify coverage gaps, recommend solutions, and influence purchase decisions within Allstate’s product portfolio, including other Allstate brands. Performance is evaluated based on sales, time management, business quality, and adherence to regulations.
