The Licensed Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth for the organization through inbound and outbound interactions. The role involves using strong sales skills to uncover customer needs, identify coverage gaps, recommend solutions, and influence customers' purchase decisions within Allstate's product portfolio and family of brands. Performance will be evaluated based on sales, time management, quality of business, and adherence to company and industry regulations.
Position available within the US, excluding Puerto Rico, California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii. Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $17.50 per hour, based on experience.
