Job Description

The Licensed Inside Sales Representative drives sales growth through inbound and outbound interactions. Responsibilities include using strong sales skills to uncover customer needs, identify coverage gaps, recommend solutions across Allstate's product portfolio, and influence purchase decisions. Performance is evaluated based on sales, time management, quality of business, and adherence to regulations.

  1. Work from home connecting with prospective customers via calls, chat, SMS, etc.
  2. Use your insurance expertise to uncover needs, recommend solutions, and convert prospects into customers.
  3. Obtain or hold an active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license, with Allstate's support for licensing.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Pay: $17.50/hour
  • Target Total Compensation: $49,400 - $74,100/year (Base + uncapped incentives).
  • Additional benefits include shift differentials, bilingual pay, paid training, licensing reimbursement, internet reimbursement, full benefits from day one, and a sign-on bonus of $3,000 upon licensing completion.
Job Requirements
  • Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred or support to obtain one.
  • At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Availability for weekend and night hours.
  • High stress tolerance, strong communication, independent work ethic, and proficiency with multiple computer programs.
  • Reliable internet and dedicated home workspace.
  • HS Diploma or GED required.
