The Customer Care Specialist provides outstanding service to customers; resolves product or service problems; attracts new potential and increased activity from existing customers and maintains accurate data throughout the entire order process.
The schedule for this role: Friday through Tuesday, 12 pm – 9 pm. (Days off during the week are Wednesday and Thursday).
