Job summary

CRH APAC-AL, Inc., part of CRH’s South Central Division, seeks a skilled electrician for central Alabama. The role covers the aggregates group and requires installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in Ready Mix facilities.

The ideal candidate is a licensed electrician with 2–3 years of industrial electrical experience, holds a high school diploma or GED, and possesses a valid driver’s license. Base location is central Alabama with field duties across the state.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two to three years of electrician experience, including some industrial electrical experience.
• Certified and licensed electrician; Standard Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Installs power supply wiring and conduits for machines and equipment.
• Diagnoses malfunctioning apparatus such as transformers, motors, and lighting fixtures and replaces damaged or broken wires and cables.
• Plans the layout of wiring and installs wiring, conduit, and electrical apparatus in building and other Ready Mix facilities.
• Maintain all electrical aspects associated with the Ready Mix facility and operations.
