Job summary

APAC-AL, Inc., based in central Alabama, is seeking a licensed electrician to install and repair electrical systems and components for industrial machinery across the Aggregates operations. Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or GED, 2–3 years of electrician experience, and a valid driver's license; certification/licensing is required.

Prior construction experience is a plus, and safety-conscious candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Two to three years of electrician experience.
• Previous construction experience is a plus.
• Certified and licensed electrician.
• Standard Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Installs power supply wiring and conduits for machines and equipment.
• Diagnoses malfunctioning apparatus such as transformers, motors, and lighting fixtures and replaces damaged or broken wires and cables.
• Plans the layout of wiring and installs wiring, conduit, and electrical apparatus in building and other Ready Mix facilities.
• Maintain all electrical aspects associated with the Ready Mix facility and operations
