Job summary

Belle, LLC is seeking licensed nail technicians to deliver in-home foot care for seniors, promoting safety and independence within their homes. Role involves travel within the local region, primarily Monday–Friday with some evenings/weekends as needed.

Positions are available as full-time or part-time, with competitive salary based on experience, travel mileage covered, and benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401k.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Licensure as Nail Technician and/or Cosmetology per state location.
• Cannot be debarred from government programs (Medicare/Medicaid).
• Valid Driver’s License with adequate car insurance.
• Able to pass background checks and drug tests as required.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in senior foot care with emphasis on lower extremity health and safety.
• Follow Belle protocols to ensure hygienic service and infection control.
• Conduct thorough foot assessments using Belle’s app during each service.
• Build rapport with members to educate on foot care and maintain foot health.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and communicate with Belle’s team.
• Ensure punctuality and reliable transportation for appointments.
• Engage in Belle-provided continuing education opportunities.
• Assist with booking future appointments for members.
