Job summary

Belle is hiring licensed nail technicians to perform in-home senior foot care across your local region. The role involves visiting clients, assessing feet, and providing education to promote safe, healthy feet.

Expect a schedule mostly Monday–Friday with occasional evenings and weekends, and travel between appointments. A valid nail technician license, driver’s license, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid National-Interstate Council of State Boards of Cosmetology’s and/or state required Nail Technician Licensure (based on role location).
• May not be debarred or excluded from participation in government programs.
• Valid Driver’s License and adequate car insurance is required.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in senior therapeutic foot care, prioritizing lower extremity health and safety.
• Adhere to Belle protocols to guarantee a hygienic service, minimizing infection risk.
• Conduct thorough foot assessments using Belle’s mobile application during each service.
• Build rapport with members, conveying foot care education and promoting foot health.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and communicate with Belle’s administrative team.
• Ensure punctual attendance for all appointments and maintain vehicle as needed.
• Participate in Belle-provided continuing education opportunities.
• Promote and assist with booking future appointments before ending the visit.
• Work within the Community Health Worker scope.
