Mandolin HVAC and Construction LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a licensed HVAC Technician to service and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems. You should have a valid HVAC license and experience in troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance.

You will diagnose and resolve heating, cooling, electrical, and airflow issues, complete service tickets, and maintain a safe, organized work area. A customer-focused attitude and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid HVAC license/certification required.
• Residential and/or commercial HVAC experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with installation, repair, and maintenance.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair residential and/or commercial HVAC systems

• Accurately identify equipment issues and recommend repairs or replacements
