The ideal candidate holds a valid HVAC license and brings strong troubleshooting, customer service, and independent working skills.

You will diagnose issues, perform maintenance, document work, and communicate options to customers while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Valid HVAC license/certification.
• Residential and/or commercial HVAC experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with installation, repair, and maintenance.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Professional attitude and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair residential and/or commercial HVAC systems.
• Diagnose heating, cooling, electrical, and airflow problems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Accurately identify equipment issues and recommend repairs or replacements.
• Communicate professionally with customers and explain issues and options.
• Complete service tickets, job documentation, and required paperwork.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures, manufacturer specs, and HVAC codes.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Work independently as well as with other technicians.
