Energy Pro Heating & Cooling, based in Portsmouth, VA, is seeking an Experienced HVAC Technician. You will diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems, ensuring safety and quality workmanship.

You will work 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with some on-call responsibilities. Overtime is available, and you may work every other Saturday to earn more. Our generous benefits package supports your growth and well-being.

Qualifications

• Physical hands-on experience servicing, diagnosing, and repairing residential HVAC systems.
• EPA certification required.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems across South Hampton Roads.
• Document services and maintain accurate job records.
• Provide clear service recommendations to customers to ensure satisfaction.
