Job summary
Jobot is seeking experienced HVAC Installation Technicians to join a growing team installing Residential and Light Commercial HVAC systems throughout the Northern Virginia/DMV region. A take-home company vehicle is provided and technicians are dispatched from home, working on Split Systems, RTUs, sheet metal, and VRV/VRF systems.
This role offers strong compensation, OT eligibility, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) match and generous PTO.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HVAC field installation experience.
- Experience installing residential split systems.
- Experience installing light commercial rooftop units (RTUs).
- Strong sheet metal installation experience.
- Ability to read plans, specifications, and equipment documentation.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- No DUI/DWI history.
Responsibilities
- Install Residential and light Commercial HVAC systems.
- Work on Split Systems, RTUs, ductwork, and VRV/VRF systems.
- Operate from home with a take-home company vehicle.
- Read plans, specifications and equipment documentation.
