Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs all repairs and maintenance of heating/cooling and ventilating components.
• Operates, installs, repairs and maintains mechanical equipment such as air handlers and compressors.
• Responds to emergencies including floods or power outages as needed.
• Participates in snow removal and daily record-keeping and reporting.
