Licensed HVAC Technician (Mid–Senior Level) | Commercial Systems

We’re hiring an experienced, licensed HVAC Technician to support commercial and industrial HVAC systems. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who enjoys structured work, quality projects, and being trusted to do the job right

What You’ll Work On

• Commercial HVAC systems including AHUs, VAVs, VRF, chillers, boilers, hydronic systems, and RTUs
• New construction, renovations, and system upgrades
• Startup, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and performance testing
• Clean, well-scoped projects with clear expectations

What You’ll Do

• Service, troubleshoot, and maintain complex HVAC systems
• Perform system startups and support testing activities
• Read and work from mechanical drawings, specifications, and equipment schedules
• Identify issues, recommend solutions, and execute high-quality work
• Communicate clearly with project teams, site contacts, and clients
• Maintain compliance with codes, safety standards, and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Active HVAC license (Journeyman, Master, or Contractor level depending on jurisdiction)
• EPA 608 Universal Certification
• 6+ years of commercial and/or industrial HVAC experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of work quality
• Professional, reliable, and client-facing in active job sites

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience working on engineered construction projects or alongside MEP teams
• Comfort reading mechanical plans and coordination drawings
• Exposure to commissioning, testing, or design-build environments
• OEM certifications (Trane, Carrier, York, Daikin, Johnson Controls)
