Homestead Comfort is seeking a Licensed HVAC Service Tech to travel in a company-provided vehicle across our service area, meeting with clients, diagnosing systems, and performing top-notch repairs and maintenance.

The role emphasizes a positive, professional approach, clear discussions of service options with clients, and strong diagnostic/mMechanical aptitude, with an on-call rotation that includes half-days after shifts.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Connecticut HVAC license (B, D, or S).
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel across the service area in a company‑provided vehicle to meet with clients and assess heating and cooling systems.
• Perform high‑quality repairs and maintenance.
• Communicate service options clearly to clients and build lasting professional relationships.

Quick Overview

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00/hour (based on experience), along with a sign-on bonus and spiff pay!

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, with some overtime as needed. There is an on-call rotation, after which you'll work half-days!
