The RISE Group is seeking a Licensed HVAC/R Technician in Mattapoisett, MA to repair, maintain, and retrofit HVAC and Refrigeration equipment for commercial clients. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available. The role requires 1–3 years of HVAC experience, EPA Universal certification, and a valid driver’s license.

On-site work with safety practices and team training support is expected. Install, maintain, and repair rooftop units, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and air handling systems.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in HVAC technology, troubleshooting, system controls and repairs.
• Experience reading and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documents.
• EPA Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Knowledge of safety practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with team members and clients.

Responsabilités

• Install, maintain, and repair various types of commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and air handling systems.
• Troubleshooting and service on building HVAC control systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions and determine the necessary repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
• Perform system upgrades and controller cutovers
• Perform wiring checkout and assists in systems start-ups
• Perform programming sequence checkout
• Work independently
• Assist in the training of other technicians
• Interpret HVAC and electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints to ensure proper installation and service.
