You will perform general facilities maintenance across the site, with authority to handle more complex electrical and plumbing work depending on licenses held.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensure requirements vary by license held.
• Hospital engineering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and repair physical plant systems, buildings and equipment.
• Perform general maintenance throughout the facility and handle more complex electrical/plumbing work depending on license(s).
• Perform facilities maintenance, operations, and technical work; not the practice of professional engineering.
• Engineering design, calculations, and approvals requiring licensure are performed by licensed Professional Engineers where required.
