Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective clients by phone about their health insurance needs.
• Work company-provided leads and follow up with prospects and scheduled callbacks.

• Assist Medicare-eligible clients with coverage options and enrollment.
• Identify appropriate supplemental health insurance opportunities and assist with ACA coverage as that area expands.
• Handle questions and objections professionally.
• Complete applications and enrollment submissions accurately.
• Maintain accurate client notes and sales activity.
• Follow applicable carrier, CMS, and regulatory requirements.
• Meet sales, activity, and quality expectations.

Licensed Health Insurance Agent - Medicare Sales

$18-$20/hour base pay + commission + performance bonuses

An active health insurance license is required. Florida 2-15 and 2-40 licensed agents are encouraged to apply.

Anchor Care Advisors is hiring licensed agents for our growing, phone-based sales team in Boca Raton. We provide inbound leads, sales technology, training, carrier contracting support, and a structured sales process so you can focus on speaking with clients and helping them find appropriate coverage.

Paid training: October 12-14, 2026. AEP calls begin October 15. AHIP is required for Medicare sales; we can help you enroll if you have not completed it. We will help coordinate setup and carrier contracting based on licensing and carrier requirements.

Products and opportunities

Depending on your licensing, carrier appointments, experience, and business needs, you may work with Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, supplemental health insurance, hospital indemnity coverage, home health care-related supplemental products, ACA health plans, and additional products as our portfolio grows.
