Job summary

SmartStyle Salons is seeking licensed hair stylists in Texas to join our franchisee teams. You will perform cutting, coloring, highlighting and waxing, with thorough client consultations and a guest-focused atmosphere.

Compensation includes base pay, commissions and tips, with health and dental insurance, disability coverages, a 401(k) plan after 12 months, and up to four weeks of PTO.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Cosmetology or Barber License.
• Flexible schedule including evenings/weekends.
• Strong communication and basic administrative skills.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 25 lbs., and work with fragrances/chemicals.
