Job summary

Behavioral Health Solutions in the Tri-Cities area of Washington seeks Independently Licensed Therapists (LICSW, LMFT, LPC) to join our SNF/LTC therapy team serving geriatric patients. The role offers base compensation with incentives, generous PTO, CEU allowances, and AI note-taking tools to streamline documentation.

We support flexible scheduling with the option for full-time or part-time W2 employment, and collaboration with BHS psychiatrists, psychologists, and facility staff to provide

Qualifications

• Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master’s degree and WA licensure.
• WA LICSW/LMFT/LPC credentialing required or in process.
• NPI required; Medicaid/Medicare credential a plus.

Responsibilities

• Completes diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, and treatment planning at SNF/LTC facilities.
• Collaborates with psychiatrists, psychologists, care coordinators, and facility staff.
• Documents in Athena EMR in a timely fashion; adheres to policies.
