Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking candidates for a warehouse role focused on picking, packing, and shipping orders with strict accuracy. You will use barcode scanners for pick/put-away/shipping tasks and may back up teammates, while following safety rules and PPE requirements.

Ideal candidates have forklift certification, the ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly, excellent attendance, and basic computer skills; Oracle experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have lift truck license or be able to pass certification test.
• Must be able to use man-lift and be able to pick material from high places.
• Must have an excellent attendance record.
• Must be able to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively through the day.
• Detail oriented to ensure record accuracy at the highest level.
• Willing to work overtime on short notice.
• Basic computer skills; Oracle experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ability to pick, pack and ship orders in an accurate and timely manner.
• Utilize Barcode Scanners to perform Pick, Put-Away & Shipping transactions.
• Provide backup for team in Warehouse, performing various duties as assigned.
• Must be able to operate all material handling equipment, use required PPE and follow all safety rules and company policies.
• Communicate with others as needed to prevent and resolve problems or issues.
• Notify Supervisors of problems that are not resolvable.
• Maintain a high degree of accuracy on all transactions.
• Housekeeping - maintain clean and orderly work area.
