Job summary

AllHealth Network is seeking a Therapist to expand forensic clinical services within the Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) program. You will deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based treatment to justice-involved individuals and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to bridge behavioral health and criminal justice systems.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited graduate program.
• Licensed or license-eligible (LAC/LMFT/LPC/LCSW) preferred.
• Minimum of two years post-graduate clinical experience in behavioral health, substance use, and/or criminal justice settings.
• Strong assessment, DSM-5 knowledge, and trauma-informed treatment principles.

Responsibilities

• Address criminogenic risk and needs within the treatment plan using evidence-based therapies.
• Provide therapy and documentation to meet regulatory standards.
• Serve clients with serious mental illness involved in the justice system.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure integrated care.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation in EHR according to protocols.
• Engage in crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed.
• Adhere to AllHealth Network policies and procedures.
