Qualifications

• Active Florida 4-40 license is required.
• Completion of DFS approved designation course (exam waived).
• Basic knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance, especially Personal and Commercial Auto.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and with a team.
• Assist with inquiries, policy information, and coverage questions.
• Support sales activities, quotes, and policy documentation.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and payments.
• Maintain accurate customer records in agency systems.
• Assist with renewals and customer retention.
• Provide professional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• Ensure DFS regulatory compliance and flag suspicious activity.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with insurance inquiries, policy information, and coverage questions.
• Support insurance sales activities, including preparing quotes and policy documentation.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and payments.
