Job summary

Responsibilities

• Meet with Project Engineer and Project Manager to discuss design scope, schedule, budget, phasing, site issues, and design review issues.
• Prepare design budgets and schedules with the Project Manager and Project Engineer.
• Estimate discipline man-hours required to complete design requirements and assign design tasks to designers.
• Provide leadership and supervise design staff to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Implement system types as selected by the Project Engineer and provide complete construction documents.
