A leading security solutions provider in Ohio is seeking skilled and licensed technicians for fire alarm, security, and access control systems. Responsibilities include installing, troubleshooting, and servicing low-voltage systems for commercial and industrial facilities while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates should have experience in installations, be able to read technical documents, and possess strong problem-solving skills. This position requires flexible working hours, including nights and weekends.
Qualifications
Experience in commercial/industrial fire alarm or security installations and service.
Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and SOW documents.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working at heights; certified for boom or scissor lifts.
Clean driving record, no DUI/DWI in the last 3 years.
Able to pass drug and background checks.
Responsibilities
Install, test, inspect, and repair fire alarm, security, and access control systems.
Troubleshoot electrical and low-voltage wiring, panels, and devices.
Perform upgrades and retrofits to existing systems.
Ensure compliance with NFPA, NEC, and local code requirements.
Maintain professional communication with clients and team members.
Follow all company, customer, and OSHA safety standards.
