Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in the Fire Alarm or Security industry.
• High school diploma or GED; vocational training is a plus.
• NICET fire alarm certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Able to lift equipment and tools up to 40 pounds.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with low voltage systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and program Fire Alarm, Access Control, Nurse Call, Intrusion, Sound, CCTV, and IP Video Systems.
• Complete paperwork for service calls and inspections.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Provide detailed feedback to management on customer issues.
• Coordinate with team members and customers; participate in on-call rotations.
