Charles Schwab in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Regular, full-time role within our service team. You will answer inbound calls, provide financial guidance, and advocate for clients while building lasting relationships based on trust and respect.

If you hold FINRA Series 7 & 63 and enjoy collaborative teamwork, this opportunity may be for you. Starting compensation for this location ranges from $53,300-$61,800 depending on related experience, plus an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay

Formación

• Active FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field from accredited university.

We offer a competitive pay and bonus package. Starting compensation for this location ranges from $53,300- $61,800.00 depending on related experience, plus an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay and other eligible earnings.

Required Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 & 63 Licenses
• Flexibility to work any day, time, or shift to accommodate 24/7 contact center needs

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ years of client relationship experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field from accredited university
• Ability to adapt to changes in the market and business
• Robust communication, influencing and client engagement skills
• Desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team
• Proficient in Client Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
• Strong candidates will also have previous experience in Financial Representative role
