Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a client-focused professional to join our service team in Dallas. You will answer inbound calls, provide financial guidance, and build trust-based relationships with clients across a dynamic, supportive environment.

Successful candidates will hold FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses and can adapt to a 24/7 contact center. We offer competitive base pay with a 10% annual bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

We offer a competitive pay and bonus package. Starting compensation for this location ranges from $58,100 – $66,600 depending on related experience, plus an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay and other eligible earnings.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience


• 1+ years of client relationship experience


• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field from accredited university


• Ability to adapt to changes in the market and business


• Robust communication, influencing and client engagement skills


• Desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team


• Proficient in Client Relationship Management (CRM) platforms


• Strong candidates will also have previous experience in Financial Representative role
