Charles Schwab in Indiana is seeking a client-focused financial services advocate to answer inbound calls, offer guidance, and build trusted relationships with clients. You will own issues, act as a client champion, and collaborate with a team to deliver solutions that meet client goals.

Qualified candidates have FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses, CRM proficiency, and a customer-service mindset. A finance-related degree and strong communication skills are preferred for continued growth within

Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 & 63 Licenses.
• Flexibility to work any day, time, or shift to accommodate 24/7 contact center needs.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of client relationship experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field from accredited university.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the market and business.
• Robust communication, influencing and client engagement skills.
• Desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team.
• Proficient in Client Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
• Strong candidates will also have previous experience in Financial Representative role.

We offer a competitive pay and bonus package. Starting compensation for this location ranges from $5 6,300 -$64,800 depending on related experience, plus an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay and other eligible earnings.
