Job summary

Charles Schwab in Denton, TX is seeking a Regular service professional who will answer inbound calls, provide financial guidance, and build trusted client relationships.

Starting compensation ranges from $58,100–$66,600 with a 10% annual bonus; licenses (Series 7 & 63) and flexibility for 24/7 coverage are required.

Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 & 63 Licenses.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field.

We offer a competitive pay and bonus package. Starting compensation for this location ranges from $58,100 – $66,600 depending on related experience, plus an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay and other eligible earnings.

Required Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 & 63 Licenses

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience


• 1+ years of client relationship experience


• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field from accredited university


• Ability to adapt to changes in the market and business


• Robust communication, influencing and client engagement skills


• Desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team


• Proficient in Client Relationship Management (CRM) platforms


• Strong candidates will also have previous experience in Financial Representative role
