Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
• Strong client-focused communication and listening skills.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and build trust.
• Willingness to work a shift-based schedule, including evenings and weekends during training.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed financial guidance to clients on the phone.
• Listen actively to understand client needs and resolve issues with care.
• Build trust and manage long-term client relationships.
