Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Licensed Financial Services Representative in Phoenix to guide clients through meaningful financial conversations and resolve complex needs with care. You’ll be the trusted voice on the phone, listening actively and delivering empathetic guidance during a 24-week on-site training program.

Starting pay ranges from $59,000 to $66,500 with a 10% annual bonus opportunity and eligibility for additional earnings.

Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
• A passion for helping clients and ensuring positive experiences.
• Ability to convey information clearly and build trust.
