Job summary

sugaringLA Indy – Nora Plaza, Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a Licensed Esthetician to join a fast-growing studio blending sugar hair removal with skincare.

You’ll deliver our Smart Sugaring technique, train into skincare and facials as offerings expand, educate guests, and build long-term relationships while growing with an ownership group through ongoing training and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician or Cosmetology license (Indiana required).
• 1+ year hands-on experience preferred (we will train the right candidate).

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert sugaring services using our Smart Sugaring technique.
• Perform (or train into) skincare services and facials as we expand offerings.
• Create personalized guest experiences through consultation and education.
• Build long-term guest relationships that drive retention and membership growth.
• Educate guests on pre- and post-care, including Earthly Care products.
• Maintain a clean, organized treatment room and sanitation standards.
• Support studio growth through referrals, retail, and promotions.

Schedule

20+ hours to full-time availability within studio hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 8am–9pm
• Friday–Saturday: 8am–6pm
• Sunday: 10am–6pm
