SugaringNYC is hiring a Licensed Esthetician / Sugarista to join our Oregon locations in West Linn and Happy Valley. You will perform sugaring and related beauty services, provide exceptional client experiences, and drive memberships and add-ons as part of a high-performing team.

Ideal candidates have an Oregon Esthetician license, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Evening and weekend availability is required to support our client schedule and growth opportunities.

Schedule Requirements

Scheduling will be discussed during the introductory call. We are looking for candidates who are willing and able to work evenings and weekends. Weekend and evening availability is important for this role.

About The Role

Sugaring is an organic form of hair removal using natural ingredients that are safe for all skin types, especially sensitive skin. At SugaringNYC we offer sugaring, lash lifts, brow laminations, tinting, and vajacial services.

We are looking for a hard‑working, energetic, and client‑focused professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent communication, the ability to multitask, and a desire to help maintain a positive and professional salon environment.

This role is not just about performing services — it is about creating an exceptional client experience, building trust with guests, and helping clients feel comfortable, confident, and excited to return. We believe rebooking, memberships, product recommendations, and add‑on services are all part of helping clients get the best possible results and maintain their routine.

Prior sugaring experience is not required. We have our own trainer who will work with you every step of the way. We provide hands‑on training, coaching, and support to help you become confident and successful.

• Meeting rebooking, membership sales, add‑on service, and client retention goals.
• Maintaining Oregon state licensing requirements.
• Following all cleanliness and sanitation standards for rooms, tools, and equipment.
• Standing for extended periods of time during shifts.
